1. Our Services

XTours305 creates individually tailored travel concepts, route suggestions and detailed itineraries for travelers planning trips in the United States, the Caribbean and Colombia.

Our services may include destination research, route design, timing suggestions, logistical guidance, recommendations for accommodations, attractions, activities, transportation options, restaurants and other travel-related experiences.

We do not offer standardized group packages. Each plan is developed around the traveler's interests, dates, expectations, available time, budget range and preferred travel style.

2. What XTours305 Does Not Sell

Unless specifically agreed in a separate written agreement, XTours305 does not act as the seller or operator of third-party travel services.

The traveler books and pays third-party providers directly. This may include, for example:

• hotels and other accommodations;
• airlines and other transportation providers;
• rental-car companies;
• boat, cruise, sailing or fishing operators;
• museums, attractions, parks and admission-ticket providers;
• local guides, tour operators and activity providers; and
• restaurants and other independent businesses.

A recommendation by XTours305 does not create a contract between XTours305 and the recommended provider, and does not make XTours305 responsible for the provider's performance.

3. Definitions

Initial Travel Concept: A preliminary planning document or communication that may include destination ideas, possible routes, approximate timing, travel suggestions and general logistical guidance.

Detailed Travel Plan / Itinerary: A more complete planning document that may include proposed stops, route sequence, suggested time windows, links, recommendations, optional alternatives and practical travel information.

Third-Party Provider: Any independent business providing accommodations, transportation, tickets, attractions, tours, activities, food, entertainment or other services that the traveler may choose to book directly.

4. Request & Planning Process

The traveler submits a request describing the intended destination, travel dates, number of travelers, interests, budget range, limitations and special wishes.

XTours305 reviews the request and may provide an initial concept or preliminary route suggestion for orientation. This initial concept does not contain the complete booking details of the final itinerary.

When the traveler decides to proceed, a USD 250.00 planning deposit is due before XTours305 prepares and releases the final detailed travel plan.

The final detailed travel plan may include the recommended route, stops, timing, accommodation suggestions, transportation or rental recommendations, activities, attractions, booking information, links and other practical details showing what the traveler may book, rent or purchase independently.

The traveler remains responsible for making and paying for all third-party bookings directly with the respective providers.

5. USD 250 Planning Deposit & Payment

The USD 250.00 payment is a deposit for XTours305's individualized planning service. It is required after the initial concept stage and before the final detailed travel plan is prepared and released.

The deposit is not a payment for hotels, transportation, rental vehicles, tickets, attractions, tours or any other third-party travel service.

If the agreed planning service has a price above USD 250.00, any remaining planning fee and its due date will be stated in the individual written offer.

XTours305 does not collect the cost of third-party travel services. The traveler books and pays those providers independently.

6. Traveler Bookings & Third-Party Payments

The traveler is responsible for reviewing, selecting, booking and paying third-party travel services directly with the respective provider.

Before making a booking, the traveler should review the provider's current prices, availability, cancellation rules, refund conditions, insurance requirements and other applicable terms.

Any contract for a hotel, flight, rental car, attraction, activity, transportation service or similar third-party product is between the traveler and that provider.

7. Prices, Availability & Information in the Travel Plan

Prices, opening hours, schedules, availability, admission requirements and other third-party information may change after the itinerary is prepared.

Unless XTours305 expressly states otherwise in writing, quoted or referenced third-party prices are informational only and are not guaranteed.

The traveler is responsible for confirming current information with the provider before purchasing or relying on a specific service.

8. Changes to the Travel Plan

One reasonable adjustment to the completed itinerary may be included when stated in the individual offer.

Additional changes, major route revisions, new destinations, substantial date changes or other work outside the original planning scope may result in an additional planning fee. Any additional fee will be communicated before the extra work begins.

9. Cancellation of Planning Services by the Traveler

If the traveler cancels before XTours305 has begun individualized planning work, any refund will be handled according to the written offer and applicable law.

Once individualized planning work has started, fees relating to work already performed or committed may be non-refundable.

Cancellation of XTours305 planning services does not cancel reservations the traveler has independently made with third-party providers. The traveler must cancel those bookings directly with the respective provider.

10. Changes, Closures & Unforeseen Circumstances

Weather, road conditions, traffic, natural events, government actions, strikes, closures, schedule changes, seasonal conditions or provider decisions may affect the practical use of a suggested itinerary.

XTours305 may recommend reasonable alternatives when requested, but cannot guarantee that every suggested route, attraction, business or activity will remain available exactly as originally planned.

11. Travel Documents, Entry Requirements, Health & Insurance

The traveler is responsible for passports, visas, entry authorizations, driver's-license requirements, health requirements, customs rules and other legal or administrative requirements applicable to the trip.

XTours305 may provide general planning information but does not provide legal, immigration, medical or insurance advice.

Travelers are encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance for medical expenses, cancellation or interruption, weather disruption, lost baggage and other relevant risks.

12. Traveler Responsibility

The traveler remains responsible for deciding which recommendations to follow and which third-party services to purchase.

The traveler should consider personal health, mobility, driving ability, weather conditions, local laws, activity difficulty and other personal circumstances before participating in any recommended activity.

13. Third-Party Providers

XTours305 may recommend independent third-party businesses based on available information and the traveler's stated preferences.

XTours305 does not control those businesses and does not guarantee their prices, availability, quality, safety, financial condition, schedules or continued operation.

Any concern, claim, cancellation or refund relating to a service purchased directly from a third-party provider must generally be addressed with that provider.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

XTours305 is responsible for providing the agreed planning and consulting services with reasonable care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, XTours305 is not responsible for losses caused by the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, changes made by those providers, or events outside XTours305's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Photos, Media & Privacy

XTours305 will use identifiable guest photographs or videos for promotional purposes only with the guest's express consent.

Personal information may be processed for travel planning, communication, payment administration, legal compliance and related legitimate business purposes. Additional information will be provided in the XTours305 Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply as a matter of mandatory law.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or XTours305 planning services will be subject to the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
